We hereby apply and authorize you to reserve a space at the Illinois Education and Technology Conference to be held at the Crowne Plaza in Springfield, IL on the evening of Wednesday, November 19 (6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.) and on Thursday, November 20, 2008 (7:30a.m. - 5:30 p.m.).

Once we have received your Exhibitor's Registration Form, a confirmation will be sent to you. In addition, you will receive a packet from Excel Corporation which will contain specifics and options for your booth space.
