IETC REGISTRATION INFORMATION

If you are a vendor, please do not register here.  Vendors are to register
at http://www.il-edtech.org/vendor.html.

CONFERENCE RATES

EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION will be accepted through Oct. 10, 2008.  (Registrations fees MUST be postmarked by Oct. 10  in order to receive this reduced rate.)  The fee includes conference registration, continental breakfasts, lunches, and entrance to the Wednesday evening and Thursday evening exhibit hall receptions. 

Conference rates for payments postmarked and mailed by Oct. 10, 2008 are:

  1. Full Conference Registration (2 days: Thurs., Nov. 20 and Fri., Nov. 21):  $125
  2. Thursday, Nov. 20 Only:  $85
  3. Friday, Nov. 21 Only:  $85

REGULAR REGISTRATION will be accepted Oct. 11 - Nov. 13, 2008. The fee includes conference registration, continental breakfasts, lunches, and entrance to the Wednesday evening and Thursday evening exhibit hall receptions.  

Conference rates for payments postmarked and mailed by Oct. 11 – Nov. 13 are:

  1. Full Conference Registration (2 days: Thurs., Nov. 20 and Fri., Nov. 21):  $170
  2. Thursday, Nov. 20 Only:  $95
  3. Friday, Nov. 21 Only:  $95
ON-SITE REGISTRATION will be accepted.  If wishing to register or pay for conference fees after Nov. 13, please plan to arrive early and stand in line at the IETC registration desk upon your arrival at the conference.  Be sure to bring a check based on the “Regular Registration” fees (listed above) with you to the conference. ( Note:  On-site registrants risk the possibility that lunch and/or handout materials may not be available.)

PAYMENT

Registration fees must be paid by check prior to or at the conference.  Registrations via phone or fax will not be accepted.

Once you have completed your online registration, PRINT THE GENERATED INVOICE, and submit it to your business office to process and mail in payment. (Be sure to note the “Early-Bird,” and “General Registration” fee schedule listed above.)  An invoice WILL NOT be mailed to you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that any registration in the online system as of Nov. 13, 2008 (paid or unpaid) will not be able to be canceled.  You will be responsible for paying any outstanding conference fees.  If you need to cancel prior to Nov. 13th, contact Angie Durall at Adurall@roe51sdc.org or 217-585-8090.  If you find you are unable to attend after Nov. 13, you may send another person in your place.

REGISTRATION DIRECTIONS

  1. Complete the online registration form below.
  2. Click the “continue” button.
  3. A new page will appear summarizing your conference selections.  Confirm by clicking the “yes” button.
  4. An invoice will then appear.  PRINT THIS INVOICE and submit it to your business office to process and mail in payment.  (An invoice for conference fees will not be mailed to you.)
  5. Your registration confirmation will be E-mailed to you once payment is received.
    (NOTE:   Your registration is not complete until payment is received at the Sangamon ROE prior to the conference dates.)

Your paid conference registration includes entrance to a FREE pre-conference reception taking place Wednesday, Nov. 19 in the exhibit hall from 6:00-8:00 pm. Come at 6 pm Wednesday, pick up your conference tote bag and program booklet, and visit with exhibitors before the conference begins!
Even though registration information is submitted online at an earlier date, if payment is not postmarked by Oct. 10 you will need to remit the regular registration fee amount.
For registration submissions after Nov. 13, 2008, on-site registration will be available.  You must bring a check with you for the “Regular Registration” fee amount and a copy of your invoice along with you to the IETC registration desk upon your arrival at the event.
