Sponsor Information

Organizations that wish to be conference sponsors are invited to provide sponsorship at any of the 3 different levels listed below. To register as a sponsor please fill out the Vendor Registration Form. Each sponsoring organization will receive the following benefits:

 

Gold

$5,000 +    

• Company name listed in all conference publications
• Prominent signage as a gold conference sponsor
• Double exhibitor booth space  (includes: 4 luncheon tickets, 1 electrical outlet and wireless internet - location based on availability)
• Special sponsorship recognition at your company’s booth
• One insert in participants conference tote bags
• One Thursday presentation in designated exhibitor demo room (time TBA)
• Company ad in program booklet (if  submitted by August 1, 2010)
• Company name/logo printed on participant’s conference tote bags
• Company name listed on conference website with a hyperlink to your company’s site.

 

Silver

$3,000 +

• Company name listed in all conference publications
• Prominent signage as a silver conference sponsor
• One standard exhibitor booth space (includes: 2 luncheon tickets, 1 electrical outlet and wireless internet - location based on availability)
• Special sponsorship recognition at your company’s booth
• One insert in participants conference tote bags
• One Thursday presentation in designated exhibitor demo room (time TBA)
• Company name/logo printed on participant’s conference tote bags

Bronze

$1,000 +     

• Company name listed on all conference publications
• Company name listed on sponsorship sign(s)
• One standard exhibitor booth space (includes: 2 luncheon tickets, 1 electrical outlet and wireless internet - location based on availability)
• Company name/logo printed on participant’s conference tote bags
• Special sponsorship recognition in your company’s booth
