We hereby apply and authorize you to reserve a space at the Illinois Education and Technology Conference to be held at the Crowne Plaza in Springfield, IL on the evening of Wednesday, November 18th (6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.) and on Thursday, November 19th, 2009 (7:30a.m. - 5:15 p.m.).
