Conference Registration

IETC 2009 conference rates will remain unchanged from 2008.

 

REGULAR REGISTRATION

Conference rates for payments postmarked and mailed Oct. 10 - Nov. 12 are:
Full Conference Registration (2 days: Thurs., Nov. 19 and Fri., Nov. 20):  $170
Thursday, Nov. 19 Only:  $95
Friday, Nov. 20 Only:  $95

 

Those wishing to register after Nov. 12, 2009, on-site registration will be required. You must bring a check with you for the "Regular Registration" fee amount and plan to fill out your registration form at the IETC registration desk upon your arrival at the event.

EXHIBIT HALL ONLY PASS -- WED., NOV. 18 ONLY

The exhibit hall is open Wednesday evening and all day Thursday.  Those wishing to visit the exhibit hall ONLY may attend the Wednesday, Nov. 18 evening reception from 6-8pm and pay $10 at the door.  Please stop by the IETC registration desk Wednesday evening to purchase your exhibit hall only pass.  (NOTE:  The exhibit hall only $10 pass is only good for the Wednesday evening reception.  It is not available for the Thursday, Nov. 19 conference day.)  Entrance to the exhibit hall is free to full-paying conference registrants.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY / CHANGES TO REGISTRATION

After you register for the conference, you will not be able to re-access your registration account. If, after you register for the conference, you need to make adjustments to your registration please email Angie Durall (adurall@roe51sdc.org) with those change requests.  Do NOT register a second time. Please note that any registrations in the system as of  Nov. 11 at 11:59pm will not be able to be changed nor canceled.
