offer educators, technology coordinators and others interested in
improving the quality of education, an opportunity to gain information
and exchange ideas on the application of educational technology in our

This conference day will consist of one-hour sessions and two-hour
workshops on educational technologies and strategies for implementation
presented by Illinois educators. A keynote address, poster sessions,
luncheon, featured speakers, exhibit hall, and opportunities for
networking are on the agenda. Don't forget to attend the evening
reception in the exhibit hall for a chance to win fabulous prizes!

A block of rooms is
being held at the Springfield Crowne Plaza Hotel at a special conference
rate through October 14. Call the Crowne directly at (217) 529-777 and
ask for rooms in the "Illinois Education & Technology
Conference (IETC)" room block for a rate of $80/single or $95 double.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note that any registration in the online system as
of Nov. 8, 2008 (paid or unpaid) will not be able to be canceled. You
will be responsible for paying any outstanding conference fees. If you
need to cancel prior to Nov. 8th, contact Angie Durall at Adurall@roe51sdc.org
or 217-585-8090. If you find you are unable to attend after Nov. 8, you
may send another person in your place.
